Subscription refunds for restaurant accounts.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund of any subscription charge within 30 calendar days from the date that charge was processed. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@WhatsTheSpecial.club with the email address on your account, your restaurant name, and the date of the charge you want refunded.

3. Payments processed by Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You may also request a refund through Paddle buyer support at paddle.net.
